Lot 10 just sold. Lot 1 sold early last summer. We can’t say the lots are currently red-hot, as it is winter now. But it is a good time to see the lots without those pesky birch leaves in your way. We’d be happy to give a tour up to -10 or go for a walk or ski on the groomed trail system.
