The Friends of the Koponen Homestead group have established a pretty close routing for the new trails north of Porten Road, entering on the east end of what has been called the Bee Field. It is intended to terminate at the north end of the short trail between Lots 16 and 17 (Gary calls it ‘Gary’s Path’ because he built it to the high current standard (:-)

You may see varied colored surveyor’s tape out there if you do a little bushwhacking. If you make sense of it, we’d welcome your input.

Visible trail work will get started in spring of 2016. Since the funding of this trail needs some match and for general community building, volunteers for labor on this trail should contact info@koponenhomestead.com.
