We had a rush early this spring and 3 of the 4 remaining lots just sold. That leaves only Lot 23, an attractive gentle sloping lot with likely low Alaska Range view (with some tree clearing). Just the luck of the draw, nothing wrong with it and, as some have asked, definitely no permafrost.
