Phase 2 is coming, due to be finalized and recorded in early August 2014. Lots 1 through 4 will be officially available for sale. Lots 25, 26 and a new Tract C will be going to a family member in an estate settlement. The family member intends to maintain it in conservation – i.e. trails and natural area.
